Please allow 4-6 weeks for domestic shipping when using our Pre-Order option. You will be notified via email once your order ships.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and/or unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us.

We will ship your exchange as soon as we receive yours if we have it in stock or we will produce it for you!

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

LOST PACKAGES: If your package gets lost in transit, byJAMES will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
